How does Cañon Running apparel fit?

Our pieces are cut athletic — close enough to move with you, but not compression-tight. If you're between sizes or prefer more room, size up. Check the sizing guide for exact measurements.

Do your garments run true to size?

Yes. Our sizing follows standard US athletic sizing. Tops run true to size; shorts have an adjustable waistband and fit most within the listed size range.

What if I'm between sizes?

For tops, size up if you're between measurements or prefer a relaxed fit. For bottoms, go with your waist measurement — the drawstring handles the rest.

Do you offer extended sizes?

We currently offer XS–XXL across most styles. Extended sizing is on the roadmap as we grow. Email us if you need guidance on a specific piece.

What fabrics do you use?

Performance pieces use a lightweight recycled polyester blend engineered for moisture management and durability on pavement. Casual styles use a brushed cotton-poly fleece built for layering. Full material breakdown is listed on each product page.

How should I wash my Cañon Running gear?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid fabric softener — it degrades technical fabrics over time. Do not iron performance pieces directly.

Are your products sustainable?

Sustainability is a core part of how we build. Performance fabrics are sourced from recycled materials where possible, and we partner with suppliers who meet fair labor standards. We're a small brand — we can't claim perfection, but we're committed to doing better with every run.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for updates to be notified when it's live.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping (5–7 business days) is free on all orders over $75. Expedited (2–3 business days) and overnight options are available at checkout. Orders ship from Jersey City, NJ.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate. Once it ships, we're unable to modify it.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

First check around your building and with neighbors — couriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If it's still missing after 24 hours, email us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all original tags attached, and not marked final sale.

How do I start a return?

Email us at canonrunning@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll send instructions — please don't send anything back before hearing from us.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. If we made a mistake, we'll cover reasonable return shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method — your bank or payment provider may take some additional time to post it.

Do you offer exchanges?

We may offer exchanges for eligible items depending on inventory. If the item you want isn't available, we'll issue a refund instead.

Are sale items returnable?

Items marked final sale at purchase are not eligible for return or refund. Other sale items can be returned under the same conditions as full-price items.

My order arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — what do I do?

Email us at canonrunning@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with photos if you can. We'll work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Where is Cañon Running based?

Jersey City, NJ — right across from the Hudson. We run the waterfront, the Heights, the hill repeats on Palisade Ave, and the Hackensack River Trail. This city is our home course.

Do you have a run club?

Not a formal one yet, but we're building toward it. Follow us on Instagram to hear about pop-up group runs and local events.
